Unfortunately there's a common misconception that eating healthy means boredom and food restrictions. This is the farthest thing from the truth. In reality, there's no such thing as a diet only a lifestyle change.

When you begin an exercise and nutrition program, similar to P90X you'll begin to learn that healthy food is actually good tasting food.

You'll actually find that you'll be eating more food than in the past. The reason for this is because you are taking in less saturated fats and high sugar carbs.

Here's some easy to follow P90X nutrition guide tips:

  1. Take in plenty of protein with every meal about 1 g of protein per pound of body weight.

  2. Consume 4 to 7 fresh fruits and vegetables every day

  3. Eat a whole grain carbs

  4. Drink 6 to 10 8 ounce glasses of water each day

  5. Eat only good fats, such as avocado OS, olive oils, fish and some nuts

  6. Don't skip meals

These are the items you must avoid in order to reach your goals, fries, burgers, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose corn syrup as used in soda pop.

Following the P90X nutrition guide and these easy to follow tips and you'll easily achieve the lean, ripped and muscular body you desire.

Getting the diet down is important however, having the right P90X equipment is as if not more important. Many of us are limited by budget and the size of the room that we have to work outin. For some of us, purchasing a lot of different dumbbells doesn't make sense either.

So with that in mind, I have found what I believe to be one of the best solutions for their strength training workouts in the P90X program. This solution is much less expensive than dumbbells and pull up bars etc.yet, it will allow you to perform more than 140 of the different P90X exercises.
