Unfortunately there's a common misconception that eating healthy means boredom and food restrictions. This is the farthest thing from the truth. In reality, there's no such thing as a diet only a lifestyle change.
When you begin an exercise and nutrition program, similar to P90X you'll begin to learn that healthy food is actually good tasting food.
You'll actually find that you'll be eating more food than in the past. The reason for this is because you are taking in less saturated fats and high sugar carbs.

- Take in plenty of protein with every meal about 1 g of protein per pound of body weight.
- Consume 4 to 7 fresh fruits and vegetables every day
- Eat a whole grain carbs

- Don't skip meals
